Who Are We?
Shatter Coaching is operated by women who are passionate about helping other women succeed. We've each lived many lives across job markets, industries, roles, and leaderships. We know the struggle of fighting to be heard, of trying to juggle work/life balance (ha!), of corporate demand, of trying to keep your sanity, of showing the SOBs that you are smart and awesome and worthy of not just having a seat at the table but a voice. We have been pushed down and risen back up to shatter glass!
Through all of our experiences, we have always reached out our hands toward the other women around us, young or old, and worked to ensure they see success too.
