Frequently Asked Questions

Please Contact Us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

If you are looking for guidance, there are several options available. Consider which is right for you:

  1. Friends & Family: Those closest to you, typically your friends and family, can often offer valuable insights and keen perspective as well as be your cheerleaders and rocks to lean on. Just know that their personal opinions may not be fully objective and their knowledge in some areas might be limited. Be sure that for important life decisions, you  enlist the experience, wisdom, and intuition of several people, including professionals or mentors with relevant experience.
  2. Unsolicited Advice: Ufff. Unsolicited advice can be a blessing or a curse. It can open our eyes to new concepts or be completely off-base. Take it with a grain salt. Look at it for any truth or value and then decide if it's worth holding onto or throwing out. Start with the source, their intentions, and if they have relevant experience or knowledge. Then, look at the advice itself and if it is constructive and well-intended. Then, it may be worth reflecting on—but if it’s intrusive or misinformed, it's okay to disregard it. If you're not sure, seek the counsel of those who know you well or do have experience for their insights.
  3. Therapy: Counseling, Psychology, and Therapy focus on emotional and mental well-being. These are excellent options for helping you process life in general, past and current experiences, manage mental health challenges, and improve overall life balance.
  4. Mentoring is a long-term, relationship-based process where an experienced professional provides guidance and insights to support overall personal and career growth.
  5. Coaching is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps individuals develop specific skills, improve performance, and achieve defined objectives.
